After returning from an extensive trip around Australia for National Geographic Traveler, blogger Andrew Evans has launched a special contest for his twitter followers to win a trip to experience Australia’s Northern Territory.
To enter, fans need to tweet @WheresAndrew the reason that the Northern Territory is the place they’d most like to visit in Australia. Tweets should be 140 characters or less and must include the Twitter hashtag #Takeme2NT. Participants must also FOLLOW @WheresAndrew on Twitter and “LIKE” Northern Territory – Australia’s Outback on Facebook.
The contest will run until February 11, 2011 with the winner announced on February 14, 2011.
The prize, which is valued at more than $4,000, includes round trip economy airfares for two people to Alice Springs OR Darwin in the Northern Territory Australia as well as five days and four nights accommodation with a Britz Challenger 4WD. Flights leave from the winner’s nearest flight departure capital city.
